End User License Agreement

This application is subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"). By using this application, you agree to the terms of the Apple EULA.

Newral grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the application.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the application.
• Rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the application.
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose.
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

The application and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Newral and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Newral does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Newral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
